DC-3 C-R2000 s/n 13798 Corporate/Passenger Interior Total Time – 15,763 Hrs. This aircraft has spent it life as a corporate aircraft. Pan American converted it to R-2000 engines. It also had the Pan American gear doors installed. It was converted from a C-47. The original cargo door was replaced with an air-stair door and a
separate cargo door on the left side. It had part of the corporate interior removed and 20 fire blocked
seats installed in early 1990’s. The aircraft was on a part 135 certificate until 2000. The aircraft has been on a part 91 waiver for the past two years. The aircraft is equipped with two stand up bathrooms, a full
stainless steel galley, two couches/beds (seat 3 person each), 20-airline seats, coat
closet, flight attendant intercom, bathroom call buttons, a nice head liner and navigator’s chair. It has full de-ice boots, alcohol props, alcohol windshield,
alcohol carb de-ice, pilots/co-pilots oxygen and gas heater. Recent inspection. Recent wing flange inspection. New hoses in both engine nacelles. New brake pads and drums. New tires and tubes. All fire bottles had recent tests and
refilled. Left Engine – P&W R-2000-7M2 s/n P104179 Total time since
major overhaul 587 hrs. Last overhaul was by Precision in 1998. All compressions are good
and it is making good power. Right Engine – P&W R-2000-7M2 s/n 609848 Total Time since
overhaul 609 hrs. Last overhaul by Genair in 1986. All compressions are good and it
is making good power. Both Props have less than one hour since overhaul and were
overhauled in 2005 by B&L propeller.
